Drawing made for Tohpati's cover album "Luhur". My first impression when I first heard this album was an image of a woman dancing. However, dancing has a very dynamic impression, while I want to convey a more calm and earthy impression. Therefore I decided to draw a young woman resting by the river. The expression of the woman who is smiling calmly while "holding" a ball of light is a representation of the mystical element of the album. The shirts and Sekar Jagad batik patterns (which is one of the song titles) worn by women are a decision made to emphasize traditional visual elements in the work that is present in this drawing and the whole discography of "Luhur".
